Recently one of our customers requested a custom development to add an internal order confirmation number to the orders placed in his webstore. This order confirmation number is generated in the specific format requested by the customer and added to the tailor made order feed which is uploaded to their FTP.

Thanks to this small development, it is possible to have your unique style and id for your orders and find back everything in the webstore and your own ERP with one single ID. Perhaps something you could use?

QuickFinders in the Spotlight

E-nitiative has a team of specialists who create product descriptions. Where possible, a product is created with a structured description. For example, a laptop is described with a parameter for memory, hard disk size, screen size and more. That structure is then used in the webstore QuickFinder so that products can be found via those parameters.

With these tools, you and your customers can find products easily and narrow down the selection based on the most important parameters.
